Aerocity Master Plan

The master plan will be released at launch. The township’s environmental clearance record, as reported, describes high-rise homes alongside a hospital of about 300 beds and a hotel of about 500 keys, with about a third of the 75 acres as open area and a 10% green belt. Brigade has built this kind of place before: at Brigade Gateway in Malleswaram, homes share a 40-acre campus with offices, Orion Mall, Manipal Hospital, the Sheraton Grand hotel and Brigade School.
