Aerocity is the working name for a planned mixed-use township of about 75 acres by Brigade Group in KIADB’s Devanahalli Industrial Area, near Kempegowda International Airport. Its environmental clearance record, as reported, describes about 7,195 homes alongside a hospital of about 300 beds and a hotel of about 500 keys. It is in pre-launch: configurations, prices and the master plan will be announced at launch, and you can register now to receive them first.

Brigade Group (Brigade Enterprises Ltd), established in Bengaluru in 1986 and listed on the NSE and BSE. The township’s environmental clearance record, as reported, names it Brigade Integrated Mixed Use Development. Brigade has delivered more than 300 buildings and 100 million sq.ft, including Brigade Orchards, a 135-acre township in Devanahalli, and the Brigade Gateway campus in Malleswaram.

Registration is pending. Once registered, the project will have its own Karnataka RERA number; we will publish it here as soon as it is issued, and you can verify it at rera.karnataka.gov.in.

At Haraluru and Muddenahalli villages in KIADB’s Devanahalli Industrial Area, Phase II, near Kempegowda International Airport, as its environmental clearance record is reported to place it. The record names the airport, Devanahalli Town and Devanahalli Railway Station as its connectivity anchors. The exact site plan and travel times will be announced at launch.
